Doctrine Matters.

It is quite popular these days to say, I love Jesus, but not theology.

Jesus is all about love, but theology seems to only divide and lead to quarrels about things that don’t matter. While sadly theology and doctrine often lead to unnecessary quarrels, doctrine matters for local churches.

Doctrine is just another word for teaching and beliefs.

We care very much about doctrine—as reflected in our Statement of Faith.

Below are Membership Commitments we make to one another as a church, in various matters. In addition, below are Position Papers from the Pastoral Team on specific doctrinal and practical questions.
